Fall Prevention System
NITTA Tool Changers contain spring designed to make cams operate to chuck each adopters in case the air is blocked by accidental causes ( Fail safe mechanism ). Cause of this mechanism ATCs won't fall down with normal use. But in unexpected situation as mentioned at right side, there is a possibility that tool adopters fall down. The Fall Prevent System is optional tool designed for prevent unexpected fall down before it happens.

Modules of Favorable Omega 4 as Nitta Tool Changer can be applied to NITTAOMEGA Type M250-CT. Omega 4 can be replaced by NITTAOMEGA Type M250-CT without tool side big change in the current process which is using Omega 4. NITTAOMEGA Type M250-CT is adapted to air gun and servo gun depend on the component combination. This is "Next generation version of Omega 4".
