NITTAOMEGA Type S50-S

A high rigid tool changer adopting a large calibre cylinder, and unique cam lock system, achieving a load capacity of 50kg. Most suitable for hand changing in press-to-press handling its surpassing allowable moment. Chuck / unchuck sensor is included as the first standard component in this class.

NITTAOMEGA Type M100-S

A high rigid tool changer adopting a large calibre cylinder, and unique cam lock system, achieving a load capacity of 100kg. NITTAOMEGA Type M165-K

Most suitable for press-to-press hand changing due to its superior allowed moment. Equipped with a Chuck / Unchuck sensor, this product is the ultimate material-handling changer system and offers a superior level of safety and reliability.

OMEGA IV

A unique tool changer compactly designed and low priced with a load capacity of 200kg. It covers a wide service are from spot welding to large scale material handling. Moreover, it can be used for servo gun change. Built-in proximity sensors send signals for chucking, unchucking and coupling check end, all of which can be used for interlock circuits.

NITTAOMEGA Type L-350CT

Designed to apply to heavy payload as our current reliable OMEGA IV’s succession. Its payload is located between OMEGA IV and XC-400 and thickness is the same as OMEGA IV although payload is bigger.

Modules of Favorable Omega 4 as Nitta Tool Changer can be applied to NITTAOMEGA Type M250-CT. Omega 4 can be replaced by NITTAOMEGA Type M250-CT without tool side big change in the current process which is using Omega 4. NITTAOMEGA Type M250-CT is adapted to air gun and servo gun depend on the component combination. This is "Next generation version of Omega 4".

NITTAOMEGA Type L-1000OM
